PLC e-Portfolio Part 1: Planning

A personal vision of where you see your career 10 years from now.
My vision in 10 years is to be established with my family in Winnipeg or another Canadian city like Calgary. I want to work as a Construction Project Manager, in a recognized company in one of these cities.

A personal mission statement summarizing what you are about. What role you and your career will play in society or community as you define it.
My mission is to carry out successful projects for the company where I work, filling clients with happiness. I want to contribute my grain of sand to the sector, with my experience of more than 20 years in the real estate sector. Likewise, I want to contribute with my knowledge, joining private or public efforts, to make their homes more dignified for low-income families.

Three (3) S.M.A.R.T. personal goals: 1 short term; 1 medium term and 1 long term.
Short term
Advance in our permanent residency process, continue learning the English language and finish my academic program.

Medium-term
Start my COOP in a company that allows me to show and develop my skills and why not continue my professional career there.

Long term
Being established with my family in Canada, having our own home and seeing our son grow up as a child with principles and values. In the professional field, I plan to work in a company in the Real Estate sector.
